The unit has shared bathrooms (1 bathroom in 3-bedroom unit; 2 bathrooms in 5-bedroom unit), and each floor of apartments has a washing machine and dryer.

The residence is located in the heart of downtown Montreal, just a few minutes` walk from EC Montreal. Fashionable restaurants, shops and cafés are all on your doorstep, and access to Montreal`s famous underground city and Metro station is only steps away.
